At Edri Construction, we understand that a home renovation project can be a daunting task, which is why we’ve created a 6-step construction process to help guide our clients from start to finish.

Our approach is characterized by clarity, transparency, and a strong focus on our clients. We aim to ensure that you have a complete understanding of and comfort with each phase of the project. Our dedicated project manager is available at all times to address your questions or concerns. We take both this process and our commitment to your satisfaction seriously.
STEP 1
Initial Discovery Call
In this first phase, we will arrange a call with the client to discuss their project and ideas. This allows us to determine if we are a suitable match for the client's requirements.
STEP 2
Free Onsite Consultation & Estimate
We will visit the client's residence to take measurements and evaluate the existing space. After reviewing the insights from our consultation, we will provide an initial budget for the project.
STEP 3
Pre-Construction
In this stage, we will develop any necessary design, engineering, and architectural plans for the project. These plans will be presented to the client for review and approval.
STEP 4
Procuring Necessary Permits
During this phase, we will secure all the required permits on behalf of the client to initiate the project, ensuring compliance with local regulations and requirements.
STEP 5
Construction Phase
Shortly before commencing construction, we will hold an onsite kickoff meeting with the client, project manager, and site supervisor. In this meeting, we will discuss expectations for the duration of the build and address any final details requiring attention. We will maintain weekly communication throughout the project.
STEP 6
Project Completion
Upon reaching a substantial completion milestone, we will request the client's presence for a Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) to assess the project and identify any deficiencies that need correction or completion. We will promptly address these issues to ensure the client's complete satisfaction. Our ultimate goal is to ensure that our clients are entirely pleased with the final result.
